- Opt out of certain analytics or notifications in your device settings
7. Children’s Privacy & Child Safety
Sticklet is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not allow them to create accounts. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that data and terminate the account promptly.
Sticklet (operated by Kiniel Thompson) has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We scan uploaded imagery against known-CSAM hash databases, remove confirmed material on sight, terminate the responsible accounts, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
